GETTING YOUR TICKET
After you have made your online booking you will receive an email confirmation from FREESTYLE MALLORCA. Please keep this safe as you will need this when you get to resort. When you arrive in Magaluf, please take your confirmation email to the FREESTYLE MALLORCA office to collect your tickets. This is located directly opposite Katmandu Theme Park (the famous upside down house) and right next to Finnegan’s bar

Please note if you have only paid a deposit you will also need to pay your remaining balance either in cash or on credit card when you arrive in resort.
